Sterling Industries has flexible, comprehensive manufacturing facilities in both the United States (Kalamazoo, Michigan), and Canada (three locations in the Greater Toronto Area).
Having facilities on both sides of the U.S./Canada border is advantageous for many of our customers, allowing us to optimize component manufacturing and assembly strategies for different markets, as well as tax and tariff jurisdictions; this can be of benefit in terms of both component and materials importing, as well as exporting of finished medical devices. We are ISO 13485:2016 certified and registered with FDA & Health Canada. Our facilities have been designed exclusively for Class I, II & III Medical Device manufacturing, with over 180,000 square feet of floor space, including multiple ISO 7 (Class 10,000) Clean Rooms.
