David Van Slingerland Signing the Order of Vaughan

CEO Awarded Vaughan’s Highest Honor

At Sterling, we were thrilled to hear that our CEO, David Van Slingerland, was selected to receive the Order of Vaughan, the highest civic honor available from the City of Vaughan. David was chosen based on his contributions to both business and medical technology, having been a long-time collaborator and supporter of the city’s economic development initiatives, and a significant driver of the city’s vision to become a world-class center for medical innovation. Besides his success in creating valuable, high-tech manufacturing jobs at Sterling Industries, David has also been an active supporter of the city’s MedTech startup ecosystem, donating both time and resources to growing the next generation of Vaughan’s MedTech leaders.
